The research aims to demonstrate the cooperation and communication between the jurists of the Libyan and Tunisian countries in disseminating and serving the Maliki jurisprudence, and preserving it over the ages until our time, and this cooperation we are still experiencing in what is known as cultural exchange through scholarships between the two countries; For this reason, I did not specify a specific period, so I highlighted in it examples of the flags of the two countries for martyrdom only, starting with the arrival of the Maliki jurisprudence to the aforementioned region, and its vicinity, and ending with the continuous cooperation between them in learning and teaching it, and their roles that they played through writing, teaching, assuming the judiciary, and exchanging advice.
