To come up with more logical and rational ideas, opinions, and decisions, which is one of the features of the intellectual and cognitive development of contemporary man, and the philosophical essence that qualifies him to preserve his being and his unique identity on the one hand, and to form his effective role in the cognitive construction of the social, cultural and civilizational fabric.
