Abstract EN

The research aims to show that custom has a great impact on the words of divorce between religion and the judiciary, and that many of the words are due to the custom of use, and to show the extent of the impact of custom on jurisprudential rulings in terms of religion and judiciary, and that observance of custom in them preserves the interests of creation, as their interests differ with time and the place, and i followed the comparative analytical inductive approach in the research, and among the most important results: that the custom of use is what testifies to the fact that the word divorce is explicit or a metaphor, and that divorce takes place with explicit words in it by custom without the need for intention, and this is what is applied in Egyptian law, among them is that the euphemisms for divorce are many words that are not limited, and the officer in them is every word that feels the band a close notice and has not been heard to be used in divorce in law or custom, and all these words do not take place by divorce except with intention, which is what the Egyptian law stipulates.
