Abstract EN

The research dealt with Quranic intertextuality in Libyan popular proverbs, and the two researchers paved the way by presenting the concept of intertextuality in its western origin, and approaching it with ancient Arabic critical concepts, then defining proverbs, explaining the characteristics of popular proverbs, and clarifying the difference between proverbs and wisdom, and as for the applied side, the researchers relied on my book (Libyan proverbs of the departure of Omar al-Shaltami, Rabia Othman al-Qalal, and the dictionary of Libyan proverbs) by the researcher and storyteller Ahmed Youssef Aqila, a source of Libyan popular proverbs in the investigation of Quranic intertextuality in its three types (quotational - alludative - stylistic).
