This study aims to identify the impact of digital transformation on the sustainable pricing of banking services by applying it to Banque Misr branches in Kafer el-Sheikh government through applying the various processes of digital transformation whose dimensions are: building a digital transformation strategy-spreading the culture of digital transformation-providing human, technical and procedural requirements for digital transformation as an independent variable, and its impact on the sustainable pricing of banking services in Banque Misr branches in Kafer el-Sheikh government as a dependent variable.

this study identified the most important obstacles facing the application of digital transformation in Banque Misr branches in Kafer el-Sheikh government.

among the questions and hypotheses that dealt with the problem of the study in its various dimensions, and in the light of providing the hypotheses of the study, the results of this study were obtained, and present a set of recommendations that promote the use of digital transformation elements to reach sustainable pricing of banking services.
