Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the prevailing organizational health reality in the holy capital municipality by revealing the degree of application of its nine dimensions which are the general direction of the organization-work environment-responsibility-coordination and control-general capabilities of the organization-motivation-innovation and learning-external trends-leadership, by the senior management of the secretariat.

in addition to knowing the degree of actual organizational health that employees feel, the study relied on the analytical descriptive survey method to suit it for the desired research purposes.

an electronic questionnaire was distributed to the research sample, which made up of (212) employees from the holy city secretariat.

the study reached several results, the most important of which is that the degree of application of organizational health dimensions by the administration came to a medium degree with (66.1%), while the results showed that the degree of actual organizational health availability for employees is high by (79.8%).

in light of the results, the study recommended working to achieve compatibility between the goals of the individual and the organization and working on developing clear plans to improve the level of organizational health in the municipality.

it also recommended those interested in conducting more studies dealing with organizational health in different business environments.
