The study aimed to identify the relationship between the administrative competence of principals and the evaluation of the performance of male and female physical education teachers in primary schools in Baquba / the center.

it was average from the point of view of male and female physical education teachers.

and the degree of performance evaluation for male and female physical education teachers was at a very good level.

there is a significant correlation between the administrative efficiency of primary school principals in Baquba center and the performance evaluation of male and female physical education teachers.

the researcher recommends.

the following : preparing training programs by the directorate of preparation and training / Diyala education for primary school principals in Diyala Governorate, especially (the new ones) to increase their administrative efficiency.

and conducting research and similar studies on administrative competence and its relationship to the skill aspects and evaluating the performance of male and female teachers of physical education in middle, secondary and preparatory schools in Diyala Governorate.
