هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى ترجمة والتحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للنسخة المختصرة ة من مقياس إدمان الهاتف الذكي (SAS-SV) في المملكة العربية السعودية.
تكونت عينة الدراسة من (٥٩٠) مشاركا، طبق عليهم النسخة المختصرة من مقياس إدمان الهواتف الذكية، ومقياس القلق ولاكتئاب (HADS)، ومقياس إدمان تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية (HADS) ومقياس إدمان الألعاب الإلكترونية واستمارة البيانات الديموغرافية.
للتحقق من صدق النسخة المختصرة من مقياس إدمان الهاتف الذكي تم استخدام التحليل العاملي الاستكشافي والتوكيدي، والصدق التلازمي، والصدق التقاربي، بالإضافة إلى الثبات.
أشارت النتائج إلى تمتع النسخة العربية المختصرة من مقياس إدمان الهاتف الذكي بثبات جيد (حيث بلغ ثبات ألفا كرونباخ ٠,٧٩، وثبات إعادة الاختبار ٠,٨٣).
أشارت النتائج أيضا إلى تمتع المقياس بصدق تقاربي وتباعدي جيد، وأكدت نتائج التحليل العاملي التوكيدي البنية الأحادية للمقياس بمؤشرات حسن مطابقة جيدة.
أوصت الدراسة بأن مقياس إدمان الهاتف الذكي موثوق ويمكن استخدامه لتقييم إدمان الهاتف الذكي في المملكة العربية السعودية.
Abstract EN
This study aimed to translate and investigate the psychometric properties of the short version of the Smartphone Addiction Scale in Saudi Arabia.
A sample of 590 respondents participated in this study and answered the Smartphone Addiction Scale, the Smartphone Application-Based Addiction Scale (SABAS), the Internet Gaming Disorder Scale - Short Form (IGDS-SF) and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, as well as socio-demographic questions.
To validate SAS-SV, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), reliability analysis, concurrent and convergent validity were performed.
The scale exhibited adequate internal consistency and test-retest reliability (Cronbach's a =0.79 the test-retest reliability = 0.83), good concurrent and convergent validity.
The CFA supported a unidimensional structure established by previous studies with good fit indices.
In conclusion, the scale is valid and reliable and can be used to assess the levels of smartphone addiction in Saudi Arabia.
