Abstract EN

This study dealt with the definition of juristic characterization, its importance, the difference between it and the relevant terms (like juristic theorization, exegesis, ideation, achievement of the aim, and analogy), the difference in the juristic characterization of Al-Anan company, is it autorization? Or is it a mixture of selling and autorization ? and the influece of difference in many of fiqh branches, like the requirement of the company contract and the destruction of the money of one part before starting working to the one which was perished, and the obligation to take the permission of the partner in the actions, and the permissible offers of the company, invalidation of eligibility to act because of madness, comma, death and apostasy, the suspensoin of the comoany due to a provision and adding it to time and timing it, and other branches.
