تعقبات الإمام البوصيري في كتابه "إتحاف الخيرة المهرة بزوائد المسانيد العشرة" على الإمام الحاكم: دراسة نقدية

Abstract EN

There is no doubt that the scholars dealt with the various aspects of the Sunnah tracking and criticism in various sections, and this research was entitled: traces of Imam al-Busairi in his book “Ithaf al-Khaira al-Mahra with the appendages of the ten Musnads” on Imam al-hakim a critical study.

to shed light on the traces of Imam al-Busairi on Imam al-hakim in his hadith rulings in his Mustadrakah, and the researcher in this research to explain the meaning of tracking language and idiomatically, and to indicate the importance of tracking, then he made a brief translation of the two Imams al-hakim and al-Busairi-may god have mercy on them-, and then he inventoried the book al-Ithaf for al-Busairi in full, and extracted from it the tracks of al-Busairi on the ruler, amounting to twenty-five tracks, and in this research he studied only ten traces from the beginning of the book, and edited the saying in which this is the fruit of the research and its intention.

the most important results: 1- al-hafiz al-Busairi transferred in his union some texts that lost their original sources, such as the Musnad of Ahmed bin Manea, the Musnad of Musdad, and the Musnad of al-Adani, and thus the union is one of the graduation books by wasta.

2- Imam al-Busairi did not imitate Imam al-Hakim in his rulings, but was a mujtahid who discussed and followed him-in the light of the words of the Imams-as this research yielded.

3- in this research I studied ten tracks of Albusiri on the ruler, has resulted in the study of delivery to Albusiri in nine tracking, and Mjanba Imam ruler and Busiri together for the right in tracking one as in the eighth tracking.

the most important recommendations: 1- studying the traces of Imam al-Busairi on the rest of the Imams, as he has traces on his sheikh al-Haythami, al-Tirmidhi, al-Tabarani and others.

2- studying the rest of al-Busairi's tracks on the ruler, because this study did not absorb all his tracks.

3- collecting the sayings of Imam al-Busairi-from direct and intermediate sources-critical in wound and modification, and hadith rulings in correcting hadiths and weakening them to benefit from them.
