This study is revolves around examining the study of the argument in crises and tribulations through a model of the prophet's biography regarding the distribution of Hawazin's money, and what was the different positions of the different students and their pilgrims emanating from that, then what was the argument of the Prophet, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, for each of them, and the study aims to identify the mechanisms of the discourse style argument to Hawazin, the Arabs, and the companions, may God be pleased with them, in crises and tribulations, and to reveal the argumentation mechanisms of the Prophet, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, in those crises and tribulations through the descriptive approach and his analytical tool on five texts from the biography of Ibn Hisham that were the demands of the study itself, which are represented in the following : the argument of the two students from Hawazin, the argument of the Prophet, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, to Hawazin, the argument of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, to the seekers of the questioners, the argument of the seekers of the Ansar, and the argument of the Prophet, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, to the Ansar , and relative argumentative principles in dealing with mental and sensory arguments with their different effects on the recipients, and studying interrogative arguments through its two types : explicit and implicit, and revealing the argumentative language in the text and its effects on the addressees.

the study ended with a number of results, the most prominent of which is the adoption of argumentative principles in crises on the method of gradation and the use of mostly sensory and moral arguments through mostly explicit and implicit methods as well, and expression in an argumentative language that balances between declarative and constructive methods, even if the latter is dominant with the coherence of those argumentative texts through the multiple argumentative links and the various argumentative factors.
