Abstract EN

The purpose of the present research was determined by knowing the hitches to the applying of e-learning from the viewpoint of secondary school teachers by effect of some variables.

To check this, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, as a questionnaire consist of (20) paragraphs was used, divided into four areas (physical obstacles, human obstacles, administrative obstacles, technical obstacles).

The current research community is determined by the two types of secondary school teachers (intermediate and preparatory school) in Al-Qadisiyah Governorate for the academic year (2019-2020).

The research sample included individuals from the research community whose size was (250) and the questionnaire was distributed to them in a simple random way.

The results using (SPSS) version (22) showed the following : There is no statistically significant variance at the significance level (0.05) between the mean of the research sample's estimates of the obstacles to applying e-learning from the viewpoint of secondary school teachers due to the teachers' specialization variable (scientific, human), and there is a statistically significant difference at the significance level (0.05) between the mean Estimates of the research sample of the obstacles to the application of e-learning from the viewpoint of secondary school teachers due to the variable of the type of stage (intermediate and preparatory school), and in favor of the intermediate school for the two fields (physical obstacles and human obstacles), while in favor of the preparatory stage in relation to the field of technical obstacles.

Depending on these results, The researcher drew a set of conclusions and recommendations.
