The issue of the jurisprudence of budgets in contemporary research dealing has received more attention, at the level of authorship, or dialogue and discussion forums, in our real and virtual world, and everything that would be the focus of the spotlight would occur in it excessive and negligence, in vision or treatment, this research aims to draw attention to areas that are not subjected to the tensions of budgets, and to try to separate them from those that are fields of study in the jurisprudence of budgets, by using some cognitive determinants that scholars rely on greatly in their jurisprudential and fundamentalist codes, such as the theory of reasoning, devotion, and constants, phantom interests, in order to ensure the permanence of the sharia, as fluid concepts are the corridor of distortion.
