Arabic Abstract

هذا البحث بعنوان الدبلوماسية في السنة النبوية دراسة موضوعية، وتكمن أهمية هذا البحث في أنه يبرز هذي النبي في بناء العلاقات الدبلوماسية داخل الجزيرة العربية وخارجها، وإرساء قواعدها.

ويتكون هذا البحث من مقدمة وتمهيد وخمسة فصول وخاتمة.

المقدمة: اشتملت على أهمية البحث، وأسباب اختيار الموضوع، وأهداف البحث، ومنهج البحث، والدراسات السابقة، بالإضافة إلى خطة البحث.

وأما التمهيد: ففيه بيان مفهوم الدبلوماسية في اللغة والاصطلاح، وتعريف بعض المصطلحات ذات الصلة بالموضوع، وبيان التطور التاريخي للعلاقات الدبلوماسية.

وأما الفصل الأول: تضمن بيان مشروعية التمثيل الدبلوماسي في الإسلام من القرآن والسنة النبوية والأعراف والتقاليد السائدة والاستدلال بالقواعد الشرعية، وبيان مقاصد الدبلوماسية في عصر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، والأسس والمبادئ التي تقوم عليها الدبلوماسية في الإسلام.

وأما الفصل الثاني: تضمن بيان مقومات الشخصية الدبلوماسية في الإسلام، بما يتعلق بالمظهر الخارجي للدبلوماسي، وجوهر الشخصية الدبلوماسية، وأهم السلوكيات الواجب مراعاتها عند اختيار الدبلوماسي.

وأما الفصل الثالث: تضمن آداب الرسالة الدبلوماسية المكتوبة والشفوية، وبيان المظاهر التي يتعين على الدبلوماسي إظهار أكبر قدر من التفاعل معها، وبيان أحكام الدبلوماسية.

وأما الفصل الرابع: تضمن مظاهر دبلوماسية النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وأهم وسائل العلاقات الدبلوماسية في عهده، وذكر نماذج من العلاقات الدبلوماسية المتنوعة في عهد النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم.

وأما الفصل الخامس: تضمن سبل الاستفادة من دبلوماسية النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في حل الأزمات وكيفية الاستفادة من دبلوماسية الرسول في خدمة القضية الفلسطينية.

وأما الخاتمة: فذكرت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها، والتوصيات.

وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم.

English Abstract

This research is entitled ‘Diplomacy in the Prophetic Sunnah: An Objective Study’.

The importance of this research lies in the fact that it highlights the Prophet’s guidance in building diplomatic relations inside and outside the Arabian Peninsula and laying its foundations.

The research includes an introduction, a preliminary chapter, five chapters and a conclusion.

The introduction addressed the research significance, the reasons for choosing the topic, the research objectives and methodology, previous studies, and the research plan.

As for the preliminary chapter, it explained the concept of diplomacy linguistically and technically, defined some terms related to the topic, and showed the historical development of diplomatic relations.

The first chapter dealt with clarifying the legality of diplomatic representation in Islam in relation to the Holy Quran, the Prophetic Sunnah, prevailing customs and traditions, and inference by the legal religious rules.

It also highlighted the purposes of diplomacy in the era of the Prophet, and the foundations and principles on which diplomacy is based in Islam.

As for the second chapter, it pointed out the components of the diplomatic personality in Islam, with regard to the physical appearance of the diplomat, the essence of the diplomatic personality, and the most important behaviors that must be taken into account when choosing a diplomat.

The third chapter tackled the etiquette of the written and oral diplomatic message and clarified the manifestations that the diplomat should show the most interaction with, as well as showing the legal provisions of diplomacy.

The fourth chapter looked into the manifestations of the Prophet’s diplomacy and the most important means of diplomatic relations during his era, and mentioned examples of the various diplomatic relations during the Prophet’s era.

In the fifth chapter, the researcher dealt with the ways to benefit from the Prophet’s diplomacy in solving crises, and how to benefit from the Prophet’s diplomacy in serving the Palestinian cause.

Finally, the conclusion included the most important study results and recommendations.
