Arabic Abstract

تعتني هذه الدراسة بالتأصيل العلمي للمآلات العقدية بشكل تفصيلي، ومعرفة قواعد ومسالك الكشف عن المآلات، ومن بعد ذلك التطبيق العملي لبعض القضايا العقدية المعاصرة، لنقل الحكم من التنظير إلى التطبيق العملي، ومن صفة التجريد إلى صفة الواقعية، والتي تقضي إلى تحقيق المقاصد الشرعية.

وجاءت هذه الدراسة من مقدمة، وبابين، وخاتمة: الباب الأول عبارة عن فصلين، الفصل الأول تحدث عن التأصيل العلمي للمآلات العقدية.

حيث شمل تعريف المآلات والمآلات العقدية كمصطلح مركب، وبيان مقاصد العقيدة، والأدلة الشرعية من الكتاب والسنة التي تدلل على اعتبار هذا الأصل، والفصل الثاني: شمل القواعد والمسالك المعتبرة في المآلات العقدية، وتحدثت عن قاعدتين: القاعدة الأولى عن تحقيق المصلحة والثانية عن قاعدة سد الذرائع، ثم بعد ذلك عن بعض المسالك الكاشفة للمآلات العقدية، وختم الباب الأول ببيان الأهمية المترتبة على اعتبار المآلات في العقيدة.

والباب الثاني عبارة عن تطبيق عملي للمالات العقدية المعاصرة، ويتكون من أربعة فصول الفصل الأول للمذاهب المعاصرة، وتناول العلمانية، والشيوعية، والحداثة، وتمت دراسة كل مذهب على حده من حيث التعريف به، ومن ثم ذكر المآلات العقدية الناتجة عنه.

والفصل الثاني تحدث عن الأفكار المعاصرة وما تؤول إليه، وكانت الفكرة الأولى تبور حول الدعوة إلى تقارب الأديان ووحدتها، والثانية القول بتجديد الدين وتطويره، والثالثة الدعوة إلى الحرية الاعتقادية، وتم ذكر نبذة عن كل فكرة وبعض الضوابط ومن ثم استنباط المآلات العقدية.

والفصل الثالث خصص للمصطلحات والألفاظ المعاصرة، وشمل ثلاث مصطلحات، الأول مصطلح الإرهاب وما يؤول إليه، والثاني مصطلح الدولة المدنية وما تؤول إليه، والأخير مصطلح الديمقراطية والمآلات الناتجة عنه، والفصل الرابع تناول بعض المسائل العقدية المعاصرة، مثل الانحراف العقدي حيث تم تعريف الانحراف العقدي وإبراز المآلات المترتبة عليه، وكذلك قضية عدم الاحتجاج بخبر الآحاد في العقيدة وما تؤول إليه، والمسألة الأخيرة التعريف بالسحر والكهانة وما يتعلق بهما وبيان مآلاتهما.

وختمت الدراسة بأهم النتائج والتوصيات.

English Abstract

This study examines largely the scientific authenticity of doctrinal objectives in details and identifies the rules of unveiling the objectives.

Then it makes a practical application on some contemporary doctrinal issues to shift the ruling from theory to practice, and from abstraction to reality which leads to the achievement of Sharia objectives.

This study is divided into an introduction, two sections and a conclusion: The first section consists of two chapters; the first of which discusses the scientific authenticity of doctrinal objectives, where it includes the definition of objectives, the doctrinal objectives as a compound term, and the legal evidences from the Holy Quran and Sunnah which are deemed the proto-root.

The second chapter includes the rules and correct paths to doctrinal objectives.

The chapter discusses two rules; the first one is about achieving interest and the second one is the rule of blocking excuses, and some paths that reveal the doctrinal consequences.

The first chapter was concluded with a statement of the importance of considering the merits in the faith.

The second section is a practical application of contemporary doctrinal objectives, and it consists of four chapters.

The first chapter was devoted to contemporary doctrines, and dealt with secularism, communism, and modernity.

Each doctrine was studied separately in terms of its definition, and then the doctrinal consequences resulting from it.

The second chapter discusses contemporary ideas and what they lead to, and the first idea revolved around calling for the rapprochement and unity of religions, the second the claim of the renewal and development of religion, and the third calling for freedom of belief.

A summary of each idea and some controls were mentioned, and then the doctrinal consequences were deduced.

The third chapter is devoted to contemporary terminology and expressions, and includes three terms, the first is the term terrorism and what it conveys to, the second is the term civil state and what it devolves to, and the last is the term democracy and the consequences of it.

The final chapter deals with some contemporary doctrinal issues, such as the doctrinal deviation, where its definition and the consequences were explained.

The issue of not considering the hadiths narrated by one or two narrators in the questions of creed was discussed.

The last issue discusses magic and fortune telling and what is related to them, in terms of definition and their consequences.

The study concluded with the most important findings and recommendations.
