Abstract EN

This study dealt with the issue of administrative deviation as a deviant act representing the abuse of power issued by the senior employee or official in the field of administrative work with the aim of profit or gain from his job.

On achieving its goals and tasks assigned to it, which negatively affects the provision of good service and creates several administrative, psychological and economic problems that contribute to the decline of the institution's work.

The aim of the study is to measure the level of administrative (organizational, behavioral) deviations among the division officials of the Student Activities Department in the Directorate of Education of Dhi Qar Governorate from the employees' point of view.

The researchers used the descriptive survey method due to its suitability to the nature and problem of the research.

The research sample community was chosen by the intentional method from the employees of the Activities Department, which numbered (130) employees, with a percentage of 100%.
