اندلعت شرارة الانتفاضة الفلسطينية الأولى في كانون أول / ديسمبر ۱۹۸۷، كحلقة من حلقات النضال الشعبي الفلسطيني على مدار تاريخه النضالي لتحقيق الاستقلال، وكان لحركة التحرير الفلسطيني فتح دورا رئيسيا بارزا في هذه الانتفاضة من حيث تهيئة الشعب الفلسطيني الممارسة العمل النضالي الشعبي، وكذلك على مدار سنوات الانتفاضة الفلسطينية وفي مختلف الأصعدة الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية وكذلك العمل الفدائي المسلح.

لقد عملت حركة فتح منذ اندلاع الانتفاضة الفلسطينية إلى توحيد العمل الفدائي والسياسي للانتفاضة من خلال مشاركتها الفاعلة في تشكيل القيادة الوطنية الموحدة التي قادت العمل الشعبي خلال الانتفاضة الفلسطينية وكذلك تشكيل اللجان الشعبية للعمل في الميدان ومتابعة متطلبات استمرار الانتفاضة، ولم تغفل كذلك عن العمل السياسي من الخارج المحاولة.

استثمار هذه الانتفاضة بما يخدم متطلبات المشروع الوطني التي عملت فتح ومنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية على تحقيقه خلال مسيرتهم النضالية.

تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة بأنها سلطت الضوء على دور حركة فتح خلال الانتفاضة الفلسطينية وتناولت هذا الدور من أبعاده المختلفة السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والاعلامية بالإضافة للعمل الفدائي العسكري، وعلاقة فتح خلال الانتفاضة مع التنظيمات الفدائية الأخرى.

English Abstract

The spark of the first Palestinian Intifada erupted in December 1987, as one of the episodes of the Palestinian popular struggle throughout its history of struggle to achieve independence.

The Palestinian liberation movement (Fatah) had a prominent role in this Intifada in terms of preparing the Palestinian people to practice their popular struggle activities.

It also had its role over the years of Intifada in various social, political and economic levels, as well as in the armed Fedayeen action.

Since the outbreak of the Palestinian Intifada, Fatah has worked to unify the military and political actions of the Intifada through its active participation in the formation of the unified national leadership that led the popular action during the Palestinian Intifada.

This is in addition to the formation of popular committees to work in the field and to follow up the requirements for the continuation of the Intifada.

It did not neglect the political action from outside Palestine to try to invest this Intifada in a way that serves the requirements of the national project that Fatah and the Palestine Liberation Organization have worked to achieve during their struggle career.

The importance of this study lies in shedding light on the role of Fatah movement during the Palestinian Intifada.

It addresses this role from its various political, social, economic and media dimensions in addition to the military Fedayeen action.

The study also touches upon Fatah’s relationship with other freedom organizations during the Intifada.
