Arabic Abstract

تناولت الدراسة القيادة والجنود في الجيش "الإسرائيلي"، من خلال مجلة الجيش "الإسرائيلي" وبدأ الحديث عن مجلة معرخوت عام ۱۹۳۹م، التي كانت تصدر في تل أبيب، وترأس تحريرها اليعيزر جليلي، وكشفت الدراسة عن تناول مجلة معرخوت الجوانب السياسية والعسكرية، والاستراتيجية.

تناولت الدراسة إنشاء الجيش "الإسرائيلي" هيكليته وتطوره وإعداد الجنود، وكيف عمل دافيد بن غوريون، وقيادة الكيان الصهيوني على تكوين الجيش، وتفكيك المنظمات العسكرية، وتحدثت الدراسة على مكانة الجندي "الإسرائيلي" وواجباته وحقوقه، وحاجياته، وكذلك إعداد وتدريب الجنود في الجيش الاحتياطي.

كما تناولت الدراسة القيادة في الجيش، وركزت على حياة الضباط والوحدات العاملة في الجيش، ومعايير اختيار الضباط والقيادة العسكرية العليا وعملها، والخصائص الأساسية للقيادة العسكرية ومواصفات القائد العسكري.

وركزت الدراسة على العلاقة ما بين الضباط والجنود، وعلاقة الضباط بالقادة والمساعدين ومهام كل من الضباط، والمساعدين ووظائفهم، ودراسة العلاقات الاجتماعية بين الجنود، والعلاقة بين الضباط والجنود أثناء المعارك، والرقابة على الجنود، وتناولت المدارس والأكاديميات العسكرية واهتمام قيادة الجيش بها، وزيادة المعرفة والثقافة العسكرية لدى الجنود والقادة، وخطة التعليم في المدارس العسكرية، ومستويات التفكير العسكري.

وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، من أبرزها اهتمام القيادة العسكرية العليا في الجيش "الإسرائيلي" بالجنود والضباط التي تركت الأثر في نجاح الجيش "الإسرائيلي" في حروبه ضد العرب.

وانتهى الباحث بعدد من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة القيام بدراسات معمقه لمجلة الجيش الإسرائيلي" معرخوت، والاستفادة منها عسكريا، لأخذ الدروس والعبر.

English Abstract

This study dealt with the "Israeli" army’s command and soldiers through examining the "Israeli" army magazine.

It began by talking about Ma’rakhot magazine in 9191, which was based in Tel Aviv and headed by Eliezer Galili.

The study revealed that the magazine dealt with the political, military, and strategic aspects.

The study examined the establishment of the "Israeli" army’s structure and development and the preparation of soldiers, and how David Ben-Gurion, and the leadership of the Zionist entity worked on the formation of the army and the dismantling of military organizations.

The study also looked into the status of the "Israeli" soldier and his duties, rights, and needs, and the preparation and training of soldiers in the reserve army.

The study also addressed the army command and focused on the lives of officers and units operating in the army, the criteria for the selection of officers, and senior military command and its work, the basic characteristics of the military command, and descriptions of the military commander.

The study concentrated on the relationship between the army officers and soldiers, and the officers’ relationship with commanders and assistants and the tasks and functions of both officers and assistants, and studied the social relationships among soldiers, and the relationship between officers and soldiers during battles, and control over soldiers, as well as examining the military schools and academies, and the attention of the army leadership to them.

The study also looked into the increase of military knowledge and education among soldiers and commanders, the educational plan in military schools, and the levels of military thinking.

The study reached a number of results, most notably is that the senior military command in the "Israeli" army takes interest in soldiers and officers which has an impact on the success of the "Israeli" army in its wars against the Arabs.

The researcher ended with a number of recommendations, the most important of them is the need to carry out indepth studies of the "Israeli" army magazine Ma’rakhot and to benefit from it militarily by drawing lessons and conclusions.
