This study seeks to illustrate effectiveness of social resources exist within the structure and content of social ties of small industrial enterprises owners and ties with M.S.M.E.D.A.

in Gharbeya governorate, workers, suppliers, and clients for their enterprises support, trust between enterprises owners and M.S.M.E.D.A., workers, raw materials suppliers, and clients, sources and factors of continuation.

social capital theory is what instructing this study; the social ties resources achievement for individual, group and society benefits and profits is what this theory confirms.

the study was applied all over Gharbeya governorate districts, with small industrial enterprises owners who benefit from M.S.M.E.D.A.

services, through an in-depth-interview with a simple random sample.

a non-random purposive sample of M.S.M.E.D.A.

service providers were interviewed, and a non-random accidental sample of workers were discussed collectively.

this study illustrated that, personal ties affect money gathering and experience on enterprises founding.
