تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة الراهنة في محاولة التعرف على الوظيفة الاجتماعية للكوميديا أثناء جائحة كورونا، وذلك من خلال تحليل عينة من البوستات الكوميدية الأكثر انتشارا عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، مع التعرف على أهمية الفضاء الإلكتروني في انتشار المحتوى الكوميدي كوسيلة لمواجهة الأزمة والتخفيف من تداعياتها والكشف عن اتجاهات الجمهور نحو استخدام الكوميديا أثناء أزمة كورونا.
وتنطلق الدراسة نظريا من عدد من القضايا النظرية المستمدة من المدخل الوظيفي كمدخل أساسي لدراسة الكوميديا، ونظرية مجتمع المخاطر عند أورليش بيك بالإضافة إلى نظرية المجال العام عند جورجين هابرماس لتفسير استخدام الكوميديا عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
ومنهجيا، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، وتم استخدام تحليل مضمون كيفي لعدد (13) من البوستات الكوميدية التي تناولت جائحة كورونا بشكل كوميدي، والتي تم اختيارها بطريقة عمدية.
وتم تطبيق صحيفة الاستبيان الإلكتروني لعينة متاحة من الجمهور العام المتابع لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والتي بلغ حجمها (320 مفردة) من أجل التعرف على اتجاهات الجمهور المصري نحو استخدام كوميديا الإنترنت.
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أهمية الكوميديا كأداة رادعة وتقويمية لبعض السلوكيات الخاطئة في المجتمع بهدف تغييرها والتخلص منها كما يفترض بيرجسون فهي أداة تصوير للواقع من خلال التهكم والسخرية والمحاكاة أو إبراز العيوب والمشكلات الموجودة، واتضح ذلك من انتشار البوستات الكوميدية التي عبرت عن مدى الخوف من فيرس كورونا والمتحورات الجديدة التابعة له، وانتقاد استهتار الشعب المصري بفيرس كورونا واعتباره دور برد عادى، وكان ذلك بهدف التوعية والحذر.
بالإضافة إلى ارتفاع معدل اتجاهات الجمهور العام نحو الكوميديا كآلية لمواجهة المخاطر وأكدت الغالبية العظمى من مفردات العينة على دور الكوميديا كآلية للتأقلم الاجتماعي، وزيادة المعرفة والوعي أثناء الجائحة، وعدم الاستهتار بالجائحة.
Abstract EN
The problem of the study is identify the social functions of internet comedy during the corona pandemic, by analyzing a sample of the most prevalent comic posts on social networking sites, and reveal trends the public towards using comedy during the corona crisis theoretically: the study depend on the functional approach, the theory of risk society at Ulrich beck, in addition to the theory of the public sphere according to Georgin Habermas to explain the use of comedy through social media.
methodologically, the study used the descriptive approach, and a qualitative content analysis was used for (13) comic posts that dealt with the corona pandemic.
the electronic questionnaire was applied to a sample available from the general public following social networking sites, which size of (320), in order to identify the Egyptian public’s attitudes towards using internet comedy.
the results of the study showed the importance of comedy as a corrective tool for some wrong behaviors in society in order to change and get rid of them, as Bergson supposes.
the new subordinate to it, and criticizing the Egyptian people’s disregard for the corona virus and considering it the role of a normal response, and this was with the aim of awareness.
in addition to the high rate of attitudes of the general public towards comedy as a mechanism for facing risks, and emphasized the role of comedy as a mechanism for social adaptation, increasing knowledge and awareness during the pandemic, and not disregarding the pandemic.
