The research came as a response to the huge amount of crude advertisements about sexual drugs and the nature of their consumption in the Egyptian society in all the print, audio and visual media, with the knowledge that there are attempts to control the market for generic drugs, and the aim of the research is to identify the extent of the spread of sexual drugs and their role in strengthening the intimate relationship between spouses, and to reveal the awareness of shoppers of generic drugs and their knowledge of their benefits and harms, and the complications that may lead to death.

the research community included those who frequented some pharmacies in Suez governorate wishing to purchase generic drugs, sidewalk sellers for these types of drugs, andrologists, pharmacists and sociologists, the interview tool was used, and the case study was used to collect field data, using the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis, and based on the results of interviews, and the intentional sample of consumers of this type of sexual medicine was relied upon, and the results of the research found that 87% of the research sample did not realize the seriousness of these medicines and their negative impact, and the field research revealed that 86% of pharmacy pioneers do not have enough experience to know the nature of the effect of each sexual drug, and 76% of the sample size indicated that their main goal is to prove masculinity, and the results showed that 63% that sexual drugs lead to the restoration of strengthening the intimate relationship with the partner.
