Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الصحف الفلسطينية اليومية في معالجة قضايا التنمية البشرية، ووضع مقترحات من شأنها النهوض بدور الصحف الفلسطينية اليومية وتطويرها، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى البحوث الوصفية، التي استخدمت فيها منهجان هما: منهج المسح الإعلامي من خلال استخدام أسلوب تحليل المضمون ومسح أساليب الممارسة الإعلامية، ومنهج العلاقات المتبادلة من خلال استخدام أسلوب المقارنة المنهجية، وتم جمع البيانات بأداة استمارة تحليل المضمون، والمقابلة المعمقة على عينة متاحة بلغ قوامها خمسة مبحوثين، وتمثلت عينة الدراسة بالصحف الفلسطينية اليومية، وهي الحياة الجديدة، وفلسطين وكانت عينة الدراسة الزمنية ما بين 1 \ 1 \ 2018م وحتى 1 \ 1 \ 2020م بأسلوب الأسبوع الصناعي، واعتمدت الباحثة على نظريتي ترتيب الأولويات "الأجندة"، ونظرية القائم بالاتصال، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أبرزها: 1- جاءت صحيفة فلسطين في مقدمة صحف الدراسة في نشر موضوعات التنمية البشرية بنسبة (70.1%)، تلتها صحيفة الحياة الجديدة بنسبة (29.9%).

2- حظيت موضوعات "تدريب مدربين" المرتبة الأولى بنسبة (15.1%) تلتها موضوعات توعية صحية في المرتبة الثانية بنسبة (51) ثم جاءت موضوعات ابداع شخصي بالمرتبة الثالثة بنسبة (2.6%).

3- تصدر مصدر مراسل المرتبة الأولى بنسبة (29.8%)، ثم جاء في المرتبة الثانية مندوب بنسبة (%14.7).

وخرجت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات أهمها: 1- ضرورة إدراج صفحات متخصصة لموضوعات التنمية البشرية ضمن الصحف الفلسطينية اليومية، عوضا عن نشر موضوعات التنمية ضمن صفحات الصحيفة، ودعمها من قبل المؤسسات والجهات المختلفة ذات العلاقة.

2- التنويع في استخدام أساليب تقديم موضوعات التنمية البشرية بحيث لا تقتصر على أسلوب عرض المعلومات، والسعي إلى اختيار أنسب الأساليب الإعلامية لمعالجة موضوعات التنمية البشرية المستجدة وتوعية الرأي العام لها.

3- تعيين محررين مختصين بموضوعات التنمية البشرية، ومد جسور التواصل مع الخبراء والمختصين بالتنمية البشرية في الجامعات والمؤسسات ذات العلاقة.

English Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of Palestinian daily newspapers in dealing with human development.

The study belongs to the descriptive researches branch, where two approaches were adopted.

The first is the media survey approach through using content analysis method and media practices survey method.

The second is the mutual relation approach through using the comparative approach method.

Data was collected depending on two tools, content analysis from and an- depth interview applied to apurposive sample consisted of (5) respondents.

The sample was represented in the daily Palestinian newspapers issued within the Palestinian authority territories.

wich are: Alhayat Aljadida and Felesteen newspapers over the period spanning from 1\1\2018 to 1\1\2020 using the industrial week method.

The researcher relied on both the agenda- setting theory and the communicator theory.

The study concluded with several results, the most important of which are: 1- Palestine newspaper came at the forefront of the study papers in publishing human development issues at arate of 70.1% followed by issues of resource management by 29.9%.

2- The training courses, being one of the human development topics dealt with by the study newspapers ranked first with 15.1% followed by resource management issues by 5.1% and finally, creativity fostering topics with 2.6%.

3- Topics for training trainers ranked first with arate of 29.8% followed by topics for organizational creativity in second place with arate of 14,7%.

In the background of the above results, the study arrived at several recommendation, the most important of which are: 1- 1.The necessity of including specialized pages for human development issues within the daily Palestinian newspapers instead of publishing development issues within the newspapers pages, and their support by the various relevant institutions and bodies.

2- 2.Diversification in the use of methods of presenting human development issues so that they are not limited to the method of presenting information and seeking to choose the most appropriate media methods to address emerging human development issues and raise public awareness of them.

3- 3.Appointing editors specialized in developmental affairs, especially human development, whose task is to follow up development events and their developments internally, and to build bridges of communication with experts and specialists in human development in universities and institutions related to their members with reliable human development issues.
