Arabic Abstract

هدف الدراسة: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة معالجة الصحف الفلسطينية اليومية لأنشطة المؤسسات غير الحكومية العاملة في فلسطين، والكشف عن أهم الأنشطة ودرجة الاهتمام فيها من قبل الصحف، ومعرفة جوانب الاتفاق والاختلاف بين الصحف في كيفية معالجتها لهذه الأنشطة.

منهج الدراسة: تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى البحوث الوصفية، التي استخدم فيها منهج الدراسات المسحية وفي إطاره استخدم أسلوب تحليل المضمون والمنهج المقارن الذي استخدم أسلوب المقارنة المنهجية.

أداة الدراسة وعينتها: جمع الباحث البيانات باستخدام أداة استمارة تحليل المضمون، والمقابلة المعمقة واعتمد في دراسته على نظرية ترتيب الأولويات "الأجندة"، واختار صحيفتي الأيام وفلسطين عينة للدراسة، من تاريخ 1 / 1 / 2019م حتى 31 / 12 / 2019م، وخلصت إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها: -جاءت أهم القضايا التي عالجتها صحيفتي الدراسة هي: أنشطة خاصة بالمؤسسة، أنشطة الضغط والمناصرة، أنشطة الحماية وحقوق الإنسان، أنشطة التنمية المستدامة، الأنشطة التعليمية والثقافية، الأنشطة النفسية والاجتماعية، الأنشطة الصحية، الأنشطة الإغاثية.

-كانت الأنشطة الداخلية في المرتبة الأولى في صحيفة الأيام بنسبة (23.6%) مقابل (20.1%) في صحيفة فلسطين التي جاء فيها في المرتبة الثانية، بينما جاء في المرتبة الأولى في صحيفة فلسطين أنشطة الضغط والمناصرة بنسبة (23.3%) في المقابل جاءت في المرتبة الثالثة في صحيفة الأيام بنسبة (14.1%)، واختلفت الصحيفتين في درجة اهتمامها في باقي الأنشطة بنسب متفاوتة.

-جاء الاتجاه المؤيد في المرتبة الأولى في صحيفتي الدراسة، حيث كان بنسبة (78%) في صحيفة الأيام، مقابل (71.6%) في صحيفة فلسطين.

وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد مذكرات تفاهم بين المؤسسات غير الحكومية والصحف الفلسطينية الضمان الالتزام بالعملية التكاملية ما بين ترتيب أولويات أنشطة المؤسسات، وزيادة اهتمام الصحف في معالجة أنشطة هذه المؤسسات.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the nature of the daily Palestinian newspapers’ treatment of the activities of non-governmental institutions operating in Palestine and to reveal the most important activities and the degree of interest in them by the newspapers.

The study also seeks to know the aspects of agreement and difference between the newspapers in how they deal with these activities.

This is a descriptive research that adopted the survey studies approach that used content analysis, and the comparative approach that involved methodological comparison.

The researcher collected data using the content analysis form tool and the in-depth interview, and relied in his study on the Agenda Setting Theory.

He chose Al-Ayyam and Felesteen newspapers as the study sample, extending from 1/1/2019 until 12/31/2019.

The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following: - The most important issues dealt with in the two newspapers were institution-specific activities, lobbying and advocacy activities, protection and human rights activities, sustainable development activities, educational and cultural activities, psychological and social activities, health activities, and relief activities.

- Domestic activities ranked first in Al-Ayyam newspaper with a percentage (23.6%) compared to (20.1%) in Felesteen newspaper that ranked second.

Lobbying and advocacy activities came first with (23.3%) in Felesteen newspaper, whereas these activities scored third place in Al-Ayyam newspaper at (14.1%).

The two newspapers differed in their degree of interest in the rest of the activities in varying degrees.

- The support attitude came first in the two newspapers, where it scored (78%) in Al-Ayyam newspaper compared to (71.6%) in Felesteen newspaper.

The study recommends the necessity of holding memoranda of understanding between non-governmental institutions and Palestinian newspapers to ensure commitment to the integrative process between prioritizing the institutions' activities, and increasing newspapers' interest in dealing with the activities of these institutions.
