تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى توظيف المواقع الإخبارية الفلسطينية لصحافة الحلول في معالجة المشكلات المجتمعية، ومدى اهتمامها بها، ورصد أنواع المشكلات التي ركزت عليها، ومصادرها، ونطاقها الجغرافي، وأنواع الحلول التي تطرحها، ومدى وضوحها، وملائمتها للتطبيق، ومواطن التركيز في السرد التحريري، وأساليب الإقناع المستخدمة، والأشكال الصحفية المستخدمة في عرضها، وأنواع عناوينها، وصورها وتعليقاتها، ومدى ارتباطهما بحل المشكلة، وعناصر تدعيمها، وأوجه الشبه والاختلاف بينها في توظيف صحافة الحلول في معالجة المشكلات المجتمعية، وتعد هذه الدراسة من البحوث الوصفية التي استخدمت منهجي: الدراسات المسحية وفي إطاره أسلوب تحليل المضمون، ومنهج العلاقات المتبادلة ومن خلاله أسلوب المقارنة المنهجية باستخدام استمارة تحليل المضمون والمقابلة غير المقننة، واعتمدت الدراسة على نظرية ترتيب الأولويات، أما عينة الدراسة فهي موقع وكالة فلسطين اليوم الإخبارية وموقع وكالة الصحافة الفلسطينية (صفا)، وموقع وكالة وطن للأنباء، وتمثلت العينة الزمنية في الفترة ما بين 1 / 1 / 2020 وحتى 30 / 4 / 2020 بواقع أربعة شهور، واستخدم الباحث "أسلوب الحصر الشامل"، بواقع (127) موضوعا صحفيا، وخلصت الدراسة نتائج عدة، من أبرزها: 1.

جاءت المشكلات "الصحية والبيئية" بالمرتبة الأولى بنسبة (37.8%) بواقع (48) تكرارا، تلتها المشكلات "الاقتصادية" في المرتبة الثانية بنسبة (18.9%) بواقع (24) تكرارا.

تساوت الحلول "الاجتماعية" و "التقنية" وجاءتا في المرتبة الأولى بنسبة (20.5%) بواقع (26) تكرارا، تلتها الحلول التعليمية والثقافية في المرتبة الثالثة بنسبة (15.7%) بواقع (20) تكرارا.

حلت فئة "المواطنون" كإحدى مصادر الحلول في المرتبة الأولى بنسبة (46.5%)، وفي المرتبة الثانية المؤسسات الأهلية بنسبة (18.1%) ثم الخبراء والمختصون بنسبة (17.3%).

وبناء على تلك النتائج، خلصت الدراسة إلى توصيات عدة أهمها: 1.

ينبغي أن تولي المواقع الإخبارية الفلسطينية اهتماما خاصا بموضوعات صحافة الحلول بزيادة عندها، والالتزام بمعاييرها ومحدداتها، نظرا لأهميتها، وأثرها الإيجابي على المجتمع.

2.

ضرورة اهتمام صحافة الحلول بالمشكلات المجتمعية الأخرى مثل: الاجتماعية، والسياسية والفكرية والدينية، والأمنية، إلى جانب اهتمامها بالمشكلات الصحية، والاقتصادية، والتقنية.

3.

تنظيم دورات تدريب وورش عمل مركزة للصحفيين العاملين في المواقع الإخبارية الفلسطينية تتعلق بصحافة الحلول، ودمجها في خطط أقسام الإعلام في فلسطين.

English Abstract

The study aims at identifying the extent to which Employing Palestinian news websites for Solutions Journalism in addressing societal problems, and the extent of its interest in them, as well as tracing the types of problems it focused on, its sources, geographical scope, the types of solutions they pose, its clarity, suitability for application, and the focus points in the editorial narrative.

The study also aims at identifying the methods of persuasion used by the websites of the study, the journalistic forms used in its presentation, the types of its titles, photos and comments, the extent to which it relates to solving the problem, elements of its support, and the similarities and differences between them in employing for Solutions Journalism for addressing societal problems.

This is a survey study in which framework, the content analysis method, and the mutual relations approach were used.

Through the mutual relations approach, the method of systematic comparison was also used by using the content analysis form and The unstructured interview.

The study relied on the theory of prioritization.

The sample of the study consisted of the website of Palestine Today News Agency, the website of the Palestinian Press Agency (Safa), and the website of Watan News Agency.

The time sample was from January 1, 2020 to April 30, 2020, four months, using the "complete census method;" (127) journalistic topics.

The most important findings of the study: 1.

"Health and environmental" problems ranked first with a percentage of (37.8%) and (48) recurrences, followed by "economic" problems in the second place with a percentage of (18.9%) and (24) recurrences.

“Social” and “technical” solutions were equal and had the first place with a percentage of (20.5%) and (26) recurrences, followed by educational and cultural solutions in the second place with a percentage of (15.7%) and (20) recurrences.

3.

The “citizens” category as one of the sources of solutions ranked first with a percentage of (46.5%), and civil institutions had the second place with a percentage of (18.1%), then experts and specialists with a percentage of (17.3%).

The most important recommendations of the study: 1.

Palestinian news sites should pay special attention to of Solutions Journalism Topics, by increasing their number, and conforming to their standards and determinants, given their importance and positive impact on society.

2.

There is a need for Solutions Journalism to pay attention to other society problems such as: social, political, intellectual, religious, and security problems, in addition to its interest in health, economic, and technical problems.

3.

Organizing training courses and focused workshops for journalists working in Palestinian news websites related to Solutions journalism, and integrating it into the plans of the journalism departments in Palestine.
