Abstract EN

The current study aimed to diagnose the reality of administrative empowerment for primary school teachers in north Sinai governorate in the light of digital transformation.

the study used the descriptive analytical method.

the questionnaire was also used as a tool for collecting and analyzing data and information.

the questionnaire was applied to a sample of (382) primary school teachers in the six departments in north Sinai governorate.

the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the administrative empowerment in the primary stage in north Sinai governorate came to a high degree, this indicates that the school administration grants some of its teachers the authority to participate in decision-making and problem-solving, it also delegates some powers to them in the primary stage, the results also indicated that there are some obstacles to administrative empowerment in light of digital transformation.

accordingly, the study presented a proposed vision for the administrative empowerment of primary it also recommended the need for an accurate job description of the administrative work for each financial degree of teachers school teachers in the light of digital transformation, the study recommended the need to apply ministerial circulars that enhance the empowerment of teachers, it also recommended the need for an accurate job description of the administrative work for each financial degree of teachers.
