Abstract EN

The study aimed at exploring the quality of academic services provided to postgraduate students in the department of educational administration at Taibah university from their point of view.

the study used the descriptive survey method.

the sample of the study consisted of (126) graduate students at the master's and doctoral levels in the department of educational administration at Taibah university.

the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting the data from the participants.

the study yielded several findings, the most important of which are: the quality of academic services provided to postgraduate students came with a medium degree in all aspects of the study, except the dimension of academic supervision, which came with a high degree.

the study also found that there were statistically significant differences according to the variable of gender.

in addition, there were no statistically significant differences according to the variable of academic program.
