The study aimed to assess the role of university leaders in achieving the requirements of organizational development at al-Arish university, by knowing the theoretical frameworks of the role of university leaders in achieving the requirements of organizational development at universities, identifying the theoretical bases for the development of university leaders, and identifying the reality of the role of university leaders in achieving the requirements of organizational development at al-Arish university.

the study used the case study method as one of the entrances and techniques of the prescriptive curriculum, and came up with a proposed conception to develop the role of university leaders in achieving the organizational development requirements of al-Arish university.
