Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify how to employ future studies in the development of educational research from the point of view of faculty members in the faculties of education at al-Azhar university.

variables (type-academic degree-years of experience), the study used the descriptive approach, and prepared a questionnaire consisting of three axes: the axis of the extent of future studies practice (13) statements, the axis of obstacles to future studies (15) statements, and the axis of the mechanisms of employing future studies (19)) phrase, and the study tool was applied to a sample of faculty members in the faculties of education at al-Azhar university, numbering (106) members.

and with a high degree, the "obstacles to future studies" axis came in second place with an average of (2.32) and a medium degree, while the "reality of future studies practice" axis came in the last rank with an average of (2.28) and a moderate degree.

the results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences according to the gender variable in all aspects of the study, while there were statistically significant differences according to the variables of academic degree and years of experience.
