The current study seeks to develop a proposed strategy for technical education to cope with the needs of the labor market in the light of green intellectual capital.

accordingly, the study adopts the descriptive method .in addition to embloying SWOT analysis, the study proceedes to achieve the objectives according to the following steps: the first step: the general framework of the study.

the second step: the theoretical framework for the study, which includes green intellectual capital and its dimensions.

the third step: this part investigates through: technical Edu.

in Egypt 1- through previous documents and studies 2- environmental analysis through expert opinion poll to find out the relative weight of each dimension the fourth step: proposing a strategy for technical education in Egypt.

based on previous studies, what was reached in the theoretical framework of the study, and the results of the environmental analysis of the internal and external environment elements of educational institutions to keep pace with technical education for the labor market in the light of green intellectual capital.
