إن التغيرات العديدة التي تشهدها المؤسسات و الضغوط الكبيرة التي تقع عليها إنما هي نتيجة مباشرة و واضحة لتغير متطلبات العملاء و توجهاتهم نحو المؤسسات بما فيها الاندية الرياضية، فلم تعد الخدمات التقليدية التي يتم تقديمها للشباب محل اهتمام أو مبتغى للمنتفعين من هذه الاندية و خاصة الفئات العمرية الأصغر سنا والتي تأثرت بشكل واضح بالتطورات التكنولوجية و أصبحت مطلعة على ما يدور حولها في جميع أرجاء العالم بفضل الثورة التقنية و المعلوماتية، و خصوصا مع ظهور تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
