Abstract EN

The aim of this research is to explore the development of soft skills for university students in light of the requirements of the labor market through the approach of humanizing education.

the study will be conducted based on five main axes.

the first axis will cover the foundations and principles of humanizing education.

the second axis will delve into the theoretical foundations of soft skills.

the third axis will address the future needs of the labor market for soft skills, such as communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork, time management, critical thinking, crisis management, decision-making, positivity, emotional intelligence, initiative and entrepreneurship, negotiation, self-marketing, creativity, and innovation.

the fourth axis will focus on the role of universities in developing soft skills in alignment with the needs of the labor market.

finally, the fifth axis will present a proposed vision for humanizing education as an approach to fostering the development of soft skills for university students, taking into account the demands of the labor market.
