بعد النقل بالسكك الحديد احدى الدعائم الأساسية للاقتصاد القومي ، فهو الوسيلة الوحيدة بين وسائل النقل المختلفة القادرة على حمل العبء الأكبر لالتزامات النقل سواء بالنسبة للبضائع او الركاب بين المناطق كافة وبأقل التكاليف .
يتناول البحث دراسة واقع حال سكك الحديد و دورها في تنمية محافظة البصرة للمدة (۲۰۱۸ – ۲۰۲۰) مستندا على منهج التحليل الموضوعي للبيانات الرسمية و تحويلها إلى جداول وأشكال بيانية لسهولة المقارنة، فضلا عن المنهج الوصفي للوصول إلى النتائج النهائية و إيجاد الحلول المناسبة للارتقاء بمنظومة النقل السككي في محافظة البصرة .
Abstract EN
Rail transport is one of the basic pillars of the national economy, as it is the only means among the various means of transport capable of bearing the greatest burden of transport obligations, both for goods and passengers between all regions, at the lowest costs.
The research deals with a study of the status of railways and their role in the development of Basra Governorate for the period (14) based on the method of objective analysis of official data and converting them into tables and graphic forms.
