The concept has a 'rebellious connotation; it has always been disobedient to any power or authority, be it minor lexeme) or major (cognition.

if the significance of the meaning partains to the addressee in particular the meaning of the concept is the transmission of that sign from its own mental space to its broader scope (the people's agreement on that, the concept expresses broader connotations than its predecessors to carry global cultural connotations for people's disciplines and terminologies.

if the term has a systematic and automatic dimension worth investing and accomplishing, then the concept has an intentional valued dimension worth nescunning and undestanding.

the former is created to perform a specific task in field governed by ascientific environment, the latter is released to exchange tasks in an open space of knowledge, without any boundaries, for its philosophical dimension has extended delibrately its pragmatics through space and time.

this is why we should pay attention to how fast concepts move and migrate how can we conceive of concptual truth in these epistemological dilemmas? to whay extent does a certain concept obey semantic and syntactic powerd? where can the Islamic concept be situated in this context? these are but the main questions will this paper examine.
