The productive person is able to think independently : The current research aims to identify : (1) measuring the productive personality among university employees (2) identifying the significance of the statistical differences for the productive personality according to the gender variable (males and females) among university employees, and a sample was formed The research consisted of (100) male and female employees, and the results of the research showed : University employees enjoy a productive personality in their field of work.

There are statistically significant differences in the productive personality between males and females among university employees and in favor of males, and the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions.
