Abstract EN

This article will demonstrate the use of operational research modelling in the context of human resource planning (HRP) showing how the power of Markov analysis can be implemented knowledge of mathematical analysis is needed.

It is then demonstrated that identical analysis can be carried out without any mathematical knowledge, using a simple flowcharting exploiting the flexible power of spreadsheet technology.

This is a significant improvement that enables decision- makers to easily solve HRP-related problems.
