Abstract EN

This research examines the electronic check slip of an educational doctrinal study, in terms of explaining the truth of the electronic check and the legal organization of it and the way it is handled, and then devising the jurisprudence related to it.

the research included a preliminary and two chapters : the researcher in the preface talked about the words related to the electronic cheque and its relationship with it, and spoke in the first chapter about the truth of the electronic check in terms of its definition and advantages and risks and the aspects of agreement and separation between it and the paper check, and spoke in the second chapter about dealing with the electronic cheque from the point of view of the legal organization and the way it is dealt with, and then between the jurisprudence provisions related to it.

among the results of the search : the electronic cheque may be written and dealt with in e-commerce, based on its adaptation as a transfer, and that the beneficiary must accept the transfer by electronic cheque on the withdrawn, based on the distinction of the electronic cheque by ensuring that the electronic cheque is characterized by ensuring that the electronic cheque is dealt with in contracts where the contract is required to be held in the contract board, such as currency exchange, buy gold and silver, and hold the ladder.
