If this goal is achieved before the expiry of the penalty imposed on the juvenile, the latter’s stay in the correctional institution in which the penalty is implemented becomes useless, and may cause harm to the juvenile himself and to the correctional institution as well.

Hence, the release of the juvenile before the expiry of the penalty was necessary; Because that is consistent with the purpose of imposing the penalty.This is what juvenile laws have adopted in what has become known as the "conditional release system", which aims to achieve the public interest, which in turn involves achieving the interest of the juvenile, and therefore it is required that the public prosecution play an important role in applying this system to juveniles, since the public prosecution is a representative for the social body and seeks to achieve the common good.

Its role is particularly prominent in the scope of the conditional release of juveniles.

The Public Prosecution has a role in determining the conditional release of juveniles, through its competence to issue an order for conditional release, as in some legislation, or by granting him the power to request conditional release, as in other legislation.

It also monitors the legality of the conditional release of the juvenile, by stating his opinion on the conditional release request, and appealing the conditional release decision.

All of this reveals the important role that the public prosecutor plays in the conditional release of the juvenile.
