The era of globalization represents an advanced stage of the imperialist capitalist system, it representing the highest stages of capitalism; It has adopted a philosophy commensurate with its new authority in terms of its policy, method of governance, development, and progression in all democratic rights and the practice of all economic activities.

The capitalist countries worked through their hegemonic tools by dwarfing the role of the state and penetrating its sovereignty through programs of reforms, economic adjustment, conditionality and giant multinational corporations, It intervened under the pretexts of technological development and scientific progress, but this does not mean that the state has lost its authority, but it has been dwarfed and its sovereignty has been violated, especially at the economic level.
