Abstract EN

The Book of Sunan by Abu Dawood Al-Sijistani is one of the six books of interpretation Hadith.

it comes in the third place for many narrators after the two Sahihs Al-Bukhari and Muslim and it is a book full of jurisprudential Feqh and hadith benefits.

It contains comments by his author Abu Dawood on hadiths related to the Ranks of Hadith phase state, its causes, and application of it.

I, in this research, pointed out to the hadiths that Abu Dawood mentioned in his Sunan followed them that the application is not upon them, extracted them and studied their issues.

I ascertained that the application is not upon them, what Abu Dawood meant with this term and the relationship with this term to the reasons of the ascription chains, or the legislation of rulings.
