The jftudy of the creative aspects of art‘poctr\‘literaturc‘and mu- sic of one of the civilizations that represented an East-WcsT: bridge‘the Aegean Sea civilization of the island of Crete.

This civilization was formed out of eastern settlements that were in contact with the Ea£ in terms of human and cultural origins.

The island was a maritime au- thority and played the mo& prominent role in the region prior to being invaded by the Indo-Aryan tribes.

After waves of invasions that caused the fall of this island and many cities in the East‘Grcek civilization was formed‘and it was a hybrid civilization of diverse origins.
