This study aims to demonstrate the impact of some factors affecting the rise or collapse of civilizations throughout history.

We also mentioned a number of cosmic norms that govern the movement of civilizations and the functioning of societies ; To remain the civilization phenomenon is the greatest achievement of the human being.

The researchers tried to infer some of the civilizations mentioned in the Holy Qur'an as models; To discover the cosmic norms and human factors that the Qur'an drew attention to and their impact on human urbanization, the reconstruction of the earth, and the promotion of life; to advance the caliphate.

To achieve that, this research consisted of an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion that included the most prominent results and recommendations.
