Abstract EN

The study describes characteristics of the chapters (al-abwab) and issues that Al-Bukhari concluded for al-Cami al-Sahih, and reveales his intentions behind choosing these chapters and issues for al-Cami al Sahih through the book of devotion to al-Quran and Sunnah (al-i'tisam bel kitab wal sunna), and concluded that Al-Bukhari chose to build the subject of his book chapters and issues with certain characteristics, the most important of them in five, as the first : the chapters (al-abwab) reflect his ideas and endorse his madhab, The second : the issues on which the scholars differ, especially if the dispute has an effect on changing the course of the case.

The third : to show in chapter (al-bab) the deviation of some people (ahle bid'ah wal ahwa) from straigh path (as-Sunnah).

The fourth : to discover the unfavourable consequences of these deviations.

And the fifth : to be a solution to the problems of the subject in chapter.

It seems that al-Bukhari's intention in choosing those chapters by which he distinguished his al-Cami al-Sahih lying in : his ideas and jurisprudence on what has been established in the Qur'an and Sunnah, and eliminating disagreements if possible, or narrowing disagreement circle in what it was not able to do so, and blocking the path of the people of ahl bid'ah wal-ahwa, warning of the dangers of deviation from the subject, and suggesting a solution to the problems of the subject.
