Abstract EN

This research is dedicated to study the positions of the pronoun "Haa" and some implicit subject pronouns in Surat Al-Tawbah, and directing the difference of interpreters in estimating the reference of these pronouns.

Some of the interpreters considered that the the pronoun must return to the nearest mentioned, and some of them made the context that determines the return of the pronoun, while some of them saw that returning the pronoun to a mentioned is more logical than returning it to a predetermined.

Others saw that unifying the reference of pronouns in the same context is more important than separating them.

Therefore, this applied study was to find out some aspects of this issue, and to discuss the return of the pronoun among the interpreters in Surat Al-Tawbah.

The researcher in this study chose the pronoun returning with haa', and this study includes all the different places where the pronoun returns with haa', which the interpreters differed in directing its return in Surat Al-Tawbah, and the study highlights the impact of the context in the weighting between the differences of the interpreters in estimating the return of the pronoun haa' through this surah.

The study should be in two sections, the first of which is theoretical and the other practical.
