Abstract EN

The research aims to bring out this poem of Imam Al-Ja'bari: with studying and explaining it, and commenting on its characteristics, and comparing it with its counterparts in poetry and prose, according to a plan I prepared and a methodology I developed.

In studying this manuscript, I exposed some of the knowledgeable bases followed in studying and verifying books of Islamic heritage, including: The definition of the poem, and Al-Ja'bari’s approach in it, with an indication of its knowledgeable value, I mentioned the works that focused on choosing of narrators, and I compared them with one another, then I followed this by extracting and verifying the text, with a full explanation without disruption or prolongation.

The research method necessitated a commitment to the historical method in some parts, and the analytical, descriptive and comparative methods in others.

And the poem of Imam al-Ja'bari came: In eighteen verses, he versified it on one of the authentic and best poetry ways, which is the (bahru al-tawil), and made its narration on the letter (Lam).

This book has a high value, which lies in the scarcity of books on this subject, and the difficulty of collecting narrators from among the multiple sources of Al-kira'at(Recitations), and presence of its collection in a poem has great apparent benefit.
