the term (Wawadjhethalika) or the guidance of scholars, which has been given to the statements of their imams or applicants, and which fall under the doctrinal synthesis of branches or graduation of branches in a section of the jurisprudence, including Maliki doctrine, which has been renowned for its work by scholars, and Fiqh Ibn Youns al-Saqili who addressed the words of the Maliki Imams in his book (al Djamie), in worship and transaction sections.
