This research is interested in the extent to which the Arabic language is used in the field of contemporary technological sciences and depends on the technological terms of the Arabic language.

we are initially interested in the relationship of the Arabic language to technology, then we give a brief overview of the technological term, up to the means of generating it in the Arabic language.

we have selected a few energy and communication terms, with the aim of analyzing them from a terminological point of view.

we concluded that there are a variety of techniques used in term transfer, including derivation, as a dynamic mechanism in language growth.

we noticed that the Arabic language was clearly affected by neighboring languages, and as a result of this contact, many foreign words entered in the absence of the Arabic term.
