Abstract EN

The objectives of the current research are to identify : 1.the level of attribution (internal failure) of special education teachers.2.

attribution level (internal-success) for special education teachers.

3.the level of attribution (external-failure) of special education teachers .4.

attribution level (external - success) for special education teachers.

in order to achieve the goals, it was necessary to have a tool for measuring attribution patterns, as the researcher built a scale for total attribution patterns based on (fritz header's theory) as it is the closest to the current research, as the scale is in its initial form of (40) items, and after checking the psychometric properties of the research scale and its paragraphs, it was applied to the basic research sample of (227) of special education teachers who were chosen randomly, to truly represent the original research community.

after analyzing the data statistically using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS), the results yielded the following : 1.special education teachers have a weak level of attribution (internal-failure.) 2.the special education teachers do not have a level of attribution (internal-success).

3.the special education teachers have a level of attribution (external-failure).

4.the special education teachers have a level of attribution (external-success).
