Abstract EN

Our aim through this research is to identify psychological pressures and future anxiety among parents of children with autism disability.

the research sample consisted of 65 fathers and mothers whose children were enrolled in one of the six centers affiliated to the states of Tizi Ouzou and Boumerdes.

we relied on the descriptive approach, applying both the psychological stress scale of Feinstein 1993, and the future anxiety scale of Zainab Mahmoud Shuqair 2005, after verifying their psychometric properties.

after processing the data statistically, the results revealed that parents of children with autism disabilities have a high degree of psychological stress and a high degree of future anxiety، it also resulted in a statistically significant relationship between them, and we explained that by relying on what was stated in the research literature and previous studies, in addition to analyzing the environment surrounding the research sample and in the light of the results of the study, we came out with some proposals.
