تتناول هذه المساهمة كرونولوجيا تطور البيئة المهنية للمهندسين المعماريين منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا، حيث تلاحظ وجود مراحل جيلية تطبع التحولات والرهانات التي تحكمت في الفترات الانتقالية، كما تسلط الضوء على الوضع الراهن من خلال فهم التغيرات التي حدثت على مستوى مؤسسات التكوين والتنظيم في هذا الميدان وارتباطها بالتغيرات الحاصلة في المجتمع ككل، بالإضافة إلى التقسيمات التشريعية التي تحكم وضعيات الممارسين والأساتذة المكونين، ومن ثم تسعى هذه الورقة إلى رصد لحظات الضعف والقطيعة التي تعرضت لها أنماط التكوين المعتمدة ضمن مسار تطورها.
وكذا أبرز التحولات الحاصلة، مثل: تحول اتحاد المهندسين المعماريين الجزائريين إلى نقابة المهندسين المعماريين، إلغاء الخدمة المدنية وتعويضها بدورات تكوينية، الانتقال من مجال الخدمة العمومية إلى الخصخصة، وأخيرا القطيعة مع ميادين التدريس والبحث العلمي.
ورغم ذلك، وبالنظر إلى أهمية البرامج الإنشائية، فقد برزت بعض الأعمال المهمة التي تعكس، رغم قصور آليات التشغيل بما في ذلك أدوات التكوين والممارسة المعمارية، وجود إمكانيات عالية للإبداع النوعي والكمي، والذي يمكن بفضله تجاوز الغموض التنظيمي والنقاشات الحادة وما يتبعها من انقسامات.
Abstract EN
This contribution sketches the evolution chronology of the professional community of architects from independence to the present day.
its observation establishes a generational periodization of the mutations and issues that drive the transition phases.
it sheds light on the current situation through the institutional changes in training and organization of the profession in relation to the evolution of society.
in addition to the statutory divisions between practitioners and teachers, it highlights moments of decline and breaks in the course of the evolution of adopted modes of organization.
in this sense, are retraced the passages from the union of Algerian architects to the order of architects; from the abrogation of the civil service to the introduction of the training course; from the civil service to the privatization of the profession and finally the reports to teaching and scientific research.
faced with the importance of the construction programmes, some of the works stand out, despite the inadequacies of the operating mechanisms including the components of training and architectural practice.
they signal the existence of a potential for qualitative and quantitative creativity beyond the regulatory ambiguities and divisive debates.

La présente contribution esquisse une chronologie de l'évolution du milieu professionnel des architectes depuis l'indépendance à nos jours.
son observation établit une périodisation générationnelle des mutations et des enjeux qui animent les phases de transition.
elle apporte un éclairage sur la situation actuelle à travers les changements institutionnels de formation et d'organisation de la profession en lien avec l'évolution de la société.
outre les clivages statutaires entre les praticiens et les enseignants, elle met en évidence des moments de fléchissement et de ruptures subies au cours de l'évolution des modes d'organisation adoptés.
en ce sens, sont retracés les passages de l'union des architectes algériens à l'ordre des architectes; de l'abrogation du service civil à l'instauration du stage de formation; de la fonctionnarisation à la privatisation de la profession et enfin les rapports à l'enseignement et la recherche scientifique.
face à l'importance des programmes de construction, quelques œuvres se distinguent pour autant et ce malgré les insuffisances des mécanismes opératoires incluant les composantes de la formation et de la pratique architecturale.
elles signalent l'existence d'un potentiel de créativité qualitatif et quantitatif au-delà des ambiguïtés réglementaires et des débats qui divisent.
