This study aims to identify the legal texts and regulatory mechanisms monitored by the higher education and scientific research sector in Algeria in order to activate administrative transparency in universities as one of the basic requirements for achieving corporate governance.

the most important results are that the true embodiment of administrative transparency that supports the governance of the sector requires overcoming obstacles and obstacles and educating all actors in the sector about the importance of transparency and its role in reducing administrative corruption.
